This year MVIS had our Christmas Party at the Sunset Grill on Dec 12.  Much of Las Cruces still did not have a hard freeze so we had about a dozen vases of irises from both member gardens and convention gardens on the tables.  It was MVIS 50th anniversary.  Wes Wilson gave a brief history of MVIS over the past 50 years.  Scarlett led a Dykes bingo game which was won by Sharie.   We had also had a Secret Santa give away.  Gifts ranged from wine, candy, chicken and jewelry.  All in all, it was great fun.
